Summary
We are seeking an IT Executive with 3-5 years of experience and strong Xilnex retail system expertise to provide hands-on technical support for system operations, troubleshooting, and user training while assisting with general IT infrastructure maintenance in a support capacity to senior IT management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing IT infrastructure strategies to support business operations
- Support network, server, security, and cloud computing operations to maintain system stability
- Help maintain data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures
- Assist with IT vendor coordination and support procurement processes for hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and report vulnerabilities or inefficiencies to senior management
- Provide hands-on support for Xilnex retail management system implementation, maintenance, and enhancements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Xilnex integrations with POS, inventory, supply chain management, online sales platforms, and financial systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve Xilnex system issues to minimize disruptions in store operations
- Provide ongoing support to operational teams on Xilnex system usage and best practices
- Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives under senior guidance
- Help prepare technical documentation and reports
- Support BI report development and maintenance to provide actionable insights
- Support cross-functional collaboration to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Provide technical assistance for IT-related projects, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT management when necessary
Key Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of IT experience in retail or similar industries
- Extensive hands-on experience with Xilnex retail POS systems (configuration, troubleshooting, user support)
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, network operations, and cloud systems
- Background in database management, Power BI, and system integrations
- Strong expertise in Xilnex system operations, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in retail POS system integrations and API management
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, security)
- Experience with system integration and software troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of database management and reporting tools
