Support regional and global recruitment strategies in partnership with recruitment leads and business partners.
5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency, focusing on technical and/or sales roles
Hiring experience in countries like Malaysia and rest of APJ
Strong sourcing abilities with a creative approach across various technical and engineering disciplines
Proven experience within the Asia Pacific region and Japan
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels
Customer service mindset, ensuring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
