Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms
  • Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese and based in Malaysia
