Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HAM Consultant with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management, process design, and Flexera One (Cloud). The consultant will lead discovery, assessment, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ITAM (HAM) with strong Flexera administration skills to oversee the lifecycle management of IT hardware assets. This role ensures accurate asset tracking, compliance, and optimization using Flexera and other asset management tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (procurement to disposal)
• Maintain accurate asset records using Flexera and other CMDB tools
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and licensing agreements
• Optimize asset utilization and support cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams
• Generate reports and dashboards for audits and management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in IT asset management, with focus on hardware assets
• Hands-on experience with Flexera One / FlexNet Manager
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, inventory control, and CMDB
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Preferred Certifications: ITAM, ITIL, or Flexera certifications a plus
