We are seeking an experienced ITSM Tool Lead to oversee the implementation and management of our IT service management tools in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITSM practices and have hands-on experience with leading ITSM toolsets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of ITSM tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT service management processes and tools requirements.
- Ensure that ITSM tools are configured to meet business needs and are integrated with other IT tools.
- Provide training and support to users on ITSM tools and processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance and usage of ITSM tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managing ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Experience in process design and implementation of ITSM workflows.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track and optimize IT service performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
