We are seeking a Japanese Customer Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level or experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients in Southeast Asia.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Candidates with JLPT N1/ N2 can be considered
- English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
