Role: Japanese Customer Specialist

Location: Penang / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia


Description

We are seeking a Japanese Customer Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level or experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients in Southeast Asia.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Candidates with JLPT N1/ N2 can be considered
  • English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
