Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (Logistics), you will be responsible for supporting Japanese-speaking customers and ensuring smooth daily operations through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate and timely support related to logistics services
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
Employment Details
- Monthly Salary: RM7,200
- Completion Bonus: RM7,200 (upon completion of a 1-year contract)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Days Off: Weekends and Japanese Public Holidays
- Start Date: Multiple intakes available until April 2026

Requirements
- Must have valid citizenship (visa sponsorship not provided)
- JLPT N2 or above
- Good English communication skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Training will be provided
