Your new company

You will be joining an established financial services organisation located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The company is expanding its Japanese business portfolio and is looking for a Japanese-speaking professional to strengthen its customer relationships and support further business growth.

Your new role

As a Marketing Executive within the Japanese Business team, you will manage relationships with Japanese customers based in Malaysia while supporting the expansion of the company's clientele base.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Japanese customer accounts across various business segments
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese clients
Identifying and approaching prospective customers
Developing marketing strategies to increase business volume
Preparing business proposals for clients
Updating customers on new products and services

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you should have:

Native-level Japanese proficiency
Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
A strong interest in marketing, business development and client relationship management
A proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
Fresh graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply
