Japanese Speaking Project Manager

Role: Project Manage – Japanese Speaking

Location: Bangsar, KL.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Integration Management
• Develop the Project Charter ensuring sponsors buy in and sign off.
• Ensure a project plan is prepared and maintained.
• Direct and manage project execution.
• Monitor and control project work.
• Manage all change requests and integrate approved ones into the project plan.

Finalize all activities to formerly close the project or phase.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of project management experience. Lesser experience will be considered as Project Manager.
• Must have experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels.
• Must have managed 3 actual projects in one or more of the following solutions: Network Systems Integration; Cloud Solutions; Unified Communication & Collaboration (UC&C); Contact Center solutions, IoT solutions
• Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
• Ability to work in a virtual matrix team environment.
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
• Good understanding of the telecoms and IT industries.
• Integrating project work with Knowledge Management concepts and principles

Education and Experience Requirements

• Degree in business, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience
• Project Management Certification ie PMI PMP/ACP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the telecom and/or IT industry managing external customer-facing projects.
• Working in an international environment.
