Java Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Handle performance, scalability, and system reliability issues
• Design system architecture, components, and APIs
• Troubleshoot technical, performance, and security issues
• Explore and implement new technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Strong in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization
• Familiar with tools like Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Experience in distributed systems is a plus
• Must be able to communicate and write in Chinese & English
• Open to locals only
• Good communication and teamwork skills
