Isiri Technologies INC is looking to hire experienced Java Backend Developers through the Eazyway Platform. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, database technologies, and enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications while working with modern development, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Java & Spring Boot Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.

• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Work with modern Java versions including Java 8, 11, and 17+.

• Implement business logic based on functional and technical requirements.

2. Microservices Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microservices Architecture.

• Develop independent, scalable, and reliable backend services.

• Implement communication between microservices and external systems.

• Troubleshoot service-level issues and improve application reliability.

• Follow microservices development and design best practices.

3. REST API & Integration

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.

• Integrate backend services with third-party applications and external systems.

• Design secure and scalable API endpoints.

• Implement appropriate error handling and API validation.

• Troubleshoot API and integration-related issues.

4. Database Development

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application data management.

• Develop and optimize database queries and data-access components.

• Work with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

• Use Hibernate/JPA and Spring Data JPA for database integration.

• Analyze and optimize database performance where required.

5. Application Performance & Security

• Optimize backend applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks.

• Implement secure application development practices.

• Work with authentication and authorization technologies such as JWT and OAuth2.

• Ensure backend services follow appropriate security standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+.

• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA.

• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.

• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Experience with Git, Maven, and/or Gradle.

• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.

• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, and application security.

• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
