Java Backend developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high performance backend systems and APIs using Java 11.
• Collaborate with front end developers to integrate user facing elements with server side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and APIs.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Java 11: Extensive experience and proficiency in Java 11, including its features and libraries.
• API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
• Database Management: Proficient in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
