This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer located in Kuala Lumpur. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The role includes analyzing user requirements, debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The developer will also participate in ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of system applications, adhering to established standards and identifying areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in Java development, including knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries
• Experience with system design, software development, and debugging
• Proficient in database design and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in application performance optimization and knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
