Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core banking application integrations.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices to support digital banking platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Java and SpringBoot.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Understanding of security principles in banking applications.

Optional / Plus:

• Experience with Mambu.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
