Java developer

We are looking for Java developer in Bangsar South of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . This is contract role , 1 year contract period . The key skills :Java, SpringBoot, SpingCloud, SpringData, Spring MVC, RestAPI, SQL, Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL). If you interested in this role , please apply it

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring MVC / Spring Boot frameworks.

Build and expose RESTful APIs to support frontend and system integrations.

Develop and manage data access layers using Spring Data JPA / Hibernate with PostgreSQL databases.

Participate in microservices development using Spring Cloud, ensuring system scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best development practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure system stability and performance.

Utilize development and project management tools such as Gradle, Git, and Jira to support efficient delivery.

Contribute to system documentation, technical design, and knowledge sharing activities.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

Strong proficiency in Java object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Solid experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot for API and service development.

Hands-on experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with Spring Cloud and microservices architecture concepts.

Proficient in development and collaboration tools including Gradle, Git, and Jira.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages.to the application.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Lenovo system development or similar large-scale enterprise environments.

Exposure to distributed systems, performance tuning, and system optimization.

Experience working in Agile or DevOps-oriented development teams.
