Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle/PostgreSQL
Familiarity with cloud-native development and container platforms
Experience working in Agile environments
Banking or financial services experience preferred
Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices
Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services
Support project delivery, production stability, and performance optimization
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Java (Java 11/17), Spring Boot, REST API development
Microservices architecture and event-driven design
Database development (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
Cloud and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker)
CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
