Competencies

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or equivalent

• Should have a minimum of 7 years of technology experience with at least 5 years hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

• Designs and develops application components by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.

• Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.

• Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

• Java Developer: Developing, implementing, testing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.

• Technical Skills: Java/J2SE (Compulsory),TCP/IP Protocols and Socket programming, Java threads and SOAP architecture, JSON development, Window batch scripting , DotNet will be an added advantage

• Application Server :Oracle Weblogic and Apache Tomcat

• Database Server :SQL Server 2022

• Experience in Banking and financial domain will be an added advantage
