- Minimum 4+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development with React

- Java & Spring Boot - Strong expertise in backend development and REST API design
- React.js - Proficient in building modern, responsive UI components
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript - Solid understanding of core frontend technologies
- Database Technologies - Experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases
- Microservices & API Integration - Experience in building and consuming RESTful services
