Overview

This role supports an operational model across multiple business domains, including fund services and administration, pricing and master data, custody, and market services. The team works closely with business support functions and IT headquarters located in Europe. The Full Stack Developer will contribute to innovative products and technologies supporting fund distribution services.

You will collaborate with a highly skilled team to solve complex technical challenges while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to deepen product knowledge, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities. You will work as a full-time member of an Agile development team, collaborating with other Scrum teams, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Quality Assurance teams. Each day, you will bring your technical expertise and passion for software development, working proactively with peers while delivering high-quality, well-structured solutions with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience usingJava,Spring Boot, andNode.js
• Prior experience in thefinance, banking, or insuranceindustries is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies such asAngular,HTML, andCSS
• Experience withdata streaming technologies(e.g., Kafka)
• Strong knowledge ofmicroservices architectures, particularly using Spring Boot
• Experience withcloud computing platforms, preferablyAWS
• Proficiency inSQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong object-oriented programming skills, including design patterns, refactoring, and clean code principles
• Experience withDevOps tools and practices(e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Git)
• Exposure toAgile, Lean, and/or Continuous Deliverypractices such as CI/CD, TDD, and infrastructure as code
• Experience withElasticsearch
• Experience inTransfer Agency businessis a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test large-scale distributed software systems usingJava, Node.js, Angular, Kafka, and NoSQL technologies
• Apply Agile development practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation, to improve delivery speed and product quality
• Act as a technical expert for resolving complex issues and assessing emerging technologies and best practices
• Share technical expertise and promote engineering excellence within the team
• Partner closely with business stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with the team to analyze and solve challenging technical problems
