Java/Full-Stack Support & DevOps Engineer (L3 & Junior Roles Available)

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented developers to join our engineering team at both the L3 Support and Junior Developer levels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing enterprise-level applications built on a diverse tech stack ranging from legacy J2EE systems to modern React and Spring Boot microservices.

You will bridge the gap between complex problem-solving, system optimization, and Agile delivery, ensuring our critical business applications run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• L3 Technical Support: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues and bugs escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
• Application Development: Design, code, and unit test enhancements, patches, and new features across both frontend and backend systems.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize legacy Weblogic Portal and TeamSite (LSCS, LSDS) content management systems.
• Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate routine tasks, batch processing, and system monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software iterations.
• Reporting: Provide regular management reporting on system health, incident trends, and project progress.

Qualifications & Experience

For L3 Support Developers:

• 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise Java application support and development.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to reverse-engineer complex legacy code.
• Proven track record of handling high-priority production incidents under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for creating management reports and interfacing with stakeholders.

For Junior Developers:

• 13 years of experience (internships or personal projects count!) with core Java and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle/SQL) and basic Unix/Linux commands.
• Eagerness to learn legacy systems and adapt to a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
