We are seeking a passionate Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications. You will play a key role in building reliable backend systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth integration with frontend applications. What you'll do:

• Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable backend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable, high-quality Java code.
• Review and test code to ensure it meets performance, security, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and issues.
• Optimize applications for speed and reliability.
• Contribute to best practices, architecture standards, and mentor junior developers.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Java backend development experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring frameworks, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as you will collaborate with Chinese vendors.
• The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
