We are seeking a Java Support professional to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves providing technical support for Java applications and ensuring their smooth operation. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance application performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Java applications and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and debug application problems.
• Monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Java applications in production environments.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java programming and knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) with Insurance background.
• Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and command line tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
