We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Application Lead with strong technical leadership, project management, and delivery governance expertise in non-life insurance product development.

Key Skills:

• JSP, Servlet, Java

• Spring Boot & Microservices

• Angular

• MQ Integration

• SQL / Database Management

• DevOps & Agile Methodologies

• System Architecture & Technical Design

• Code Review & Delivery Governance

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and delivery of non-life product module enhancements

• Oversee system architecture and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with Allianz development standards

• Coordinate development activities and integration processes

• Manage product services, accounting, and claims functions
