Basic Qualifications

• Open to Class of 2027 fresh graduates.
• Base: 45-1, Jalan Todak 6, Pusat Komersial Sunway Perdana, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for daily business communication.
• Available to start ASAP and commit 5 working days per week, with a 3–6 month internship period.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategy System Construction: Develop and refine fulfillment KPI systems, establish standardized operational processes, and ensure effective execution at each stage through data monitoring and strategy iteration to achieve business goals.
• Problem Diagnosis and Optimization: Identify pain points in the fulfillment chain, design targeted solutions, and coordinate with product and R&D resources to drive system optimization, continuously improving delivery efficiency and service quality.
• Resource Coordination and Management: Integrate logistics resources and scheduling strategies, optimize rider management systems, and enhance the stability of logistics supply through task system design and incentive mechanism innovation.
• Industry Benchmarking and Innovation: Study industry best practices, design new fulfillment models, and promote pilot project implementation to build a differentiated competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment operations, able to build KPI systems and standardize operational processes.
• Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills to identify operational pain points and design optimization solutions.
• Good resource integration capability, innovative thinking for new fulfillment models and pilot rollout.
• Excellent cross-team communication, execution and ability to deliver business targets under fast-paced environment.
