Basic Qualifications

• Open to Class of 2027 fresh graduates.
• Base: 45-1, Jalan Todak 6, Pusat Komersial Sunway Perdana, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
• Available to start ASAP and commit 5 working days per week, with a 3–6 month internship period.

Job Responsibilities

• Category Planning: Based on industry trends and platform data, gain insights into consumer demand and conduct competitive analysis. Develop category strategies and product portfolio plans to ensure category penetration and market competitiveness.
• Supply Chain Development: Source and develop high-quality suppliers, lead business negotiations and cost control, build an efficient supply system to ensure product development efficiency and cost advantages.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the full process of product development from definition to launch, formulate sales strategies and marketing plans, monitor inventory and turnover health, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability.
• Market Operations Optimization: Analyze user behavior data and channel characteristics, optimize product presentation, search ranking, and advertising strategies to improve conversion rates and market share.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, production, operations, and marketing departments to resolve process issues and drive project implementation, ensuring timely product launches and iterative improvements.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Monitor supply chain quality risks, develop compliance certification plans, optimize packaging design and logistics solutions to reduce losses and enhance user experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce or related fields.
• Strong sensitivity to industry trends, market data and consumer demands, with solid capabilities in competitive analysis, category research and strategic planning.
• Familiar with full lifecycle product operation logic, including category layout, product portfolio planning, market launch, sales strategy formulation and inventory health management.
• Good supplier development & negotiation skills, with awareness of cost control and supply chain building.
• Data-driven mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration and target-oriented execution.
