JML Business Analyst

Description

We are seeking a JML Business Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes. This role is crucial for enhancing our JML workflows, ensuring efficient management of employee lifecycle transitions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for JML processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in JML workflows.
• Develop and maintain process maps and documentation for JML procedures.
• Gather and analyze data to support business decisions related to JML.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Create reports and dashboards to track JML performance metrics.
• Support the implementation of JML system enhancements and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in JML or HR processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software.
• Strong understanding of JML processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
