* **Documentation & Artifacts:** Create clear, comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs), process flow diagrams (BPMN/UML), and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
* **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):** Collaborate with IAM and Security teams to define, standardize, and maintain RBAC frameworks and entitlement matrices for Joiner/Mover automated workflows.
* **Solution Integration Support:** Partner with technical leads and developers to implement automated integrations between core HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors) and IAM/IT directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow).
* **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Define UAT test plans and user scenarios, coordinate UAT execution across HR and business teams, track defects, and manage sign-off prior to production releases.

### **Required Qualifications & Experience**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 3–6+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT, with at least 2+ years focused on **JML, HR processes, or Identity and Access Management (IAM)** initiatives.
* **JML Expertise:** Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, birthright access, and role-based access control (RBAC).
* **System Familiarity:**
* **HRMS / HCM:** Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
* **IAM / Directory:** Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, Ping, or SailPoint.

* **Agile Delivery:** Experience writing user stories and operating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
### **Soft Skills & Competencies**
* **Stakeholder Management:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between non-technical HR teams and technical IT/IAM developers.
* **Analytical Thinking:** Strong problem-solving ability to analyze complex workflow dependencies and identify edge cases (e.g., contractor vs. full-time conversions, multi-role movers).
* **Attention to Detail:** Deep focus on security compliance, audit trails, and data privacy standard enforcement (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
### **Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications**
* Business Analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA ECBA/CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA).
