Jr. AI Engineer- Fresh Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the solution design, system development, and implementation delivery of supply chain digitalization projects, driving the application of AI technology in supply chain scenarios.
• Assist in building AI models for demand forecasting, intelligent production scheduling, inventory optimization, supplier ESG performance, and supply chain carbon management, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Responsible for requirements analysis, technical documentation, and cross-team communication and collaboration during the project lifecycle.
• Support research on cutting-edge technologies, prototype verification, and the exploration and iteration of innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Requirement:

. Education : Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, ESG, or related fields.

. Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, capable of working in a bilingual environment.

. Project Experience: Relevant project experience in supply chain digitalization or AI digitalization during academic years, with practical modeling or system development experience.

. Comprehensive Quality: Strong learning ability, open-minded, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Python, Java, SQL, and common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus
