Job Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with organizational goals. This role coordinates crossfunctional teams, manages resources, timelines, and budgets, and acts as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Strong capabilities in risk management, project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall), and consistent delivery within scope and budget are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead teams using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, track progress, manage changes, and ensure quality.
- Provide updates to executives, clients, and teams; manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Allocate internal and external resources, including vendors, and optimize productivity and budget use.
- Identify risks, create contingency plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., PDPA) and align with cybersecurity protocols.
- Maintain project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, retrospectives) and ensure auditready documentation.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- 3-8 years of IT project management experience in areas such as IP networks, cybersecurity, cloud, or IoT rollout.
- Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and understanding of IP networks, cybersecurity, cloud, and IoT solutions.
- Experience working in IT/Tech companies with enterprise customers, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Proven endtoend project implementation experience.
