Job Description:

Energy Workforce is looking for a versatile Junior Accounts Executive to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while supporting daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor banking activities.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
  • Record and maintain transactions in the computerized accounting system.
  • Assist Account/Senior Executive in daily operational and financial matters.
  • Support audit preparation and related compliance requirements.
  • Assist in payroll processing and petty cash management as needed.
  • Perform other daily accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 12 years of working experience; experience in audit firms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Deadline-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Willing to be located at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
