JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

YK International Network Sdn Bhd is an international trading company specialising in the sourcing and distribution of pre-owned Apple products across Southeast Asia. Our business focuses on providing reliable, quality-checked second-hand Apple devices to customers and business partners across the region. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Account Assistant to support our accounting department in daily financial and administrative tasks.

This is a suitable opportunity for SPM graduates, fresh graduates, or candidates with no prior accounting experience who are interested in developing a career in accounting and finance as training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle daily accounting data entry (AP/AR)

· Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports

· Follow up on outstanding payments when required

· Perform bank reconciliation

· Maintain proper filing of accounting documents

· Support general administrative and finance tasks

· Ensure accuracy of data entry and record keeping

· Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal team when required

· Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need to have years of experience. Fresh Graduate without any experience are welcome.

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field

· Willing to learn

· Responsible

· Detail-oriented

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

· Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
