About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including cash flow projection and management reporting.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Oversee daily collections, treasury, and banking activities to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash and process employee expense claims.
- Support inventory monitoring, sales order processing, purchasing activities, and budget control.
- Prepare accounting schedules and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proactive, committed, and eager to learn, with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Immediate joiner or 1-month notice period preferred.
