Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for procurement, office maintenance, staff claims processing, and front desk management to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support across the organization.

What You'll Do:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Handle procurement activities including sourcing, price comparison and PR/PO processing
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and payments
  • Maintain proper records of purchases and contracts

2. Office Maintenance & Facilities Management

  • Oversee office upkeep, ensuring a well-maintained working environment
  • Coordinate for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and office inventory

3. Staff Claims Processing

  • Review and process staff claims in accordance with company policies.

4. Reception & Front Desk

  • Manage front desk duties including handling calls, emails, and visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services

What you'll need:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Good communication skills
