About The Role

What You'll Do

The Junior AI Engineer is a hands-on, entry-level role responsible for supporting the development of practical enterprise AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, APIs and AI-powered applications.

Working alongside the AI Engineering team, the role will use technologies such as Python, SQL, LangChain, LangGraph and FastAPI to turn AI concepts into functional solutions. The successful candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, an understanding of modern Generative AI concepts, and a demonstrated ability to learn, experiment and build working technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Build RAG pipelines that connect Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise data, documents and knowledge sources.
• Develop AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Use SQL to retrieve, process and integrate data into AI applications.
• Support the development of AI evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, groundedness and reliability.
• Develop and prototype intuitive user experiences for AI-powered applications using modern development tools.
• Support the containerization and deployment of AI applications on Azure.
• Work closely with senior AI engineers to experiment with new AI technologies and turn ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Apply modern software-development practices, including Git/version control, testing and documentation.

What You Bring

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in Python programming with working knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, APIs and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software-development practices.
• Able to demonstrate at least one relevant AI, software or data project, whether academic, internship, hackathon or personal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious and experimental mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work alongside AI engineers and other stakeholders.
• Exposure to FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, Azure, React or vector databases would be an advantage.
