Job Description:
- Operational Support: Manage end-to-end BD operational activities that support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and merchants, including brand tagging, outlet onboarding, menu updates, campaign setup, and other related tasks.
- Data Management: Maintain accuracy and consistency across reports, trackers, and system submissions to ensure reliable information flow and data integrity.
- Performance Tracking: Update and monitor BD KPI dashboards and performance trackers to support weekly and monthly reporting needs.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation, trackers, and submission lists (e.g., onboarding, campaign, FOMS tickets) are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Menu Translation: Transcribe the merchant's menu to the ShopeeFood's menu template
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

- Able to overcome and be creative when managing the merchants in different situations
- Able to perform analytical functions on spreadsheet and knowledge in statistical formula
- Understand knowledge and functions in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
