Job Summary
A Junior Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Digital Banking Retail systems, focusing on backend development and integration. The role requires strong skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, SQL, and Shell Scripting, with exposure to Oracle databases and Unix/Linux/Solaris environments. The candidate will contribute to building scalable digital banking solutions, ensuring system reliability, and supporting agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for Digital Banking Retail applications.
• Implement solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Work with Oracle databases to design and optimize queries.
• Develop and integrate XML-based services for banking applications.
• Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Support deployment and integration across HPUX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of XML and SQL
• Experience with Shell Scripting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases
• Familiarity with HPUX, Linux, and Solaris OS

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Camel (CXF) and Spring Batch
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, and Unix scripting
• Exposure to WebLogic Portal
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Understanding of management reporting systems
