About The Job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process and oversee supplier payment runs and manual electronic fund transfers for subsidiaries
- Follow up on payment approvals with users
- Post bank statements, including Electronic Bank Statements
- Reconcile accounts (bank, payment run clearing, and supplier subledger accounts)
- Reporting of Cash Flow for the entities in scope
- Analyze root causes and resolve payment issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute internal controls in accordance with the banking controls catalog
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing requested data
- Support the implementation of new technologies to drive automation
- Perform ad hoc requests based on stakeholder needs
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar education
- Fluent in English and Mandarin language (reading, writing and speaking); Japanese and/or Korean knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Getting things done and service orientated attitude
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work in dispersed teams and multicultural environment
