Job Responsibilities:
- Actively source and develop new business opportunities for Modernization, Total Replacement, Recapture, Spare Parts, and Repair sales leads and enquiries.
- Conduct site surveys, equipment inspections, and measurements to support proposal preparation.
- Analyse and review building information, drawings, tender documents, and specifications provided by architects, consultants, developers, and building owners.
- Negotiate with factories and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for proposal submissions.
- Prepare tender and proposal submissions and obtain costing approvals up to Top Management level.
- Perform presentations, provide technical clarifications, and participate in tender negotiations to secure sales orders.
- Place equipment orders with factories and coordinate delivery schedules upon order confirmation.
- Ensure all maintenance units are covered by valid and signed maintenance agreements at all times. Maintenance services with expired agreements shall be strictly avoided.
- Closely follow up on contract renewals and conversions to secure agreements before expiry.
- Identify opportunities to expand the service portfolio through recapture and new business acquisition.
- Monitor work execution closely and ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with project progress.
- Liaise closely with Service Engineers and Supervisors to identify opportunities for spare parts and repair sales.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build strong customer relationships and assess customer satisfaction with company services.
- Assist in monitoring Service Debtors accounts, initiate action plans, and follow up on overdue payments or poor paymasters.
- Ensure customer accounts comply with stipulated credit terms.
- Provide support and services to existing and new clients to maintain and establish long-term business relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Fully responsible to achieve the Company's Service Sales Budget.
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Shall be fully responsible for all services sales activities in HQ, Branches and Depots.
Working Experience
Candidate with experience in elevator industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Education:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related fields.
Skills / Knowledge (or any special requirement)
1.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application in MS Words, Excel and Power Point.
2. Good planning and organisational skills.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
