Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Business Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Perai. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, presenting company offerings, addressing client needs, organizing meetings, and participating in training sessions to enhance capabilities and skills.

Qualifications

1. Min 1 year of experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow the client base, and drive revenue.
2. Strong customer satisfaction and relationship management skills to effectively address client needs.
3. Ability to deliver impactful training and presentations to clients or internal teams.
4. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
6. Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
7. Experience in a manufacturing background is an advantage.
