Job Description:
- Developing and managing sales and marketing tools or materials;
- Building good rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining professional customer relationship;
- Managing overall resources and client related matters;
- Reviewing and understanding recruitment needs of the respective client accounts;
- Work closely with the respective Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders to planning their recruitment needs;
- Managing client accounts by offering best rates, intelligence and fulfillment of needs;
- Ensuring the correct resources and services are delivered to client in timely manner;
- Serving as the link of communication between the client and internal team;
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by key client and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecast using key account metrics;
- Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably in HR related industry.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have basic Marketing Knowledge - to support BD Marketing Event
- Require language(s): English
- Office location: Putrajaya.
