Junior Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Owner Acquisition & Relationship Management

•Manage the owner onboarding process from initial enquiry through agreement signing.

•Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property owners.

•Respond to owner enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

•Attend meetings, site visits, and property inspections when required.

2. Operations Coordination

•Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure newly onboarded units are guest-ready.

•Monitor onboarding progress and resolve owner-related issues in a timely manner.

•Provide recommendations to improve unit performance and operational efficiency.

3. Reporting & Business Development

•Identify new business opportunities and monitor relevant market trends.

•Prepare reports, documentation, and business analysis using Microsoft Excel.

•Maintain accurate records of owners, units, and business activities in the CRM or database.

•Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.

•Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.

•Possess a valid driving licence and own transport for site visits
