Junior Business Manager (Malaysia)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Manager to join our Malaysian operations. This role is based in Johor Bahru, but will require regular travel across Malaysia to engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts in pharma and medical devices
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within life sciences, engineering, and consulting
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Coordinate projects and ensure delivery according to client expectations
• Represent Efor Group at industry events and meetings across Malaysia
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 1-5 years professional experience in business development, account management, or consulting (internship or entry-level considered), ideally in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem solver
• Comfort with frequent travel within Malaysia
• Fluent in English (Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus)
• Based or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru
