We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding. You will work directly with the management team, drive initiatives, and have important responsibilities.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring profitability and growth of the category
- Analyzing industry and consumer trends to understand customer needs and preferences
- Creating and submitting purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods from suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
- Introducing and proposing new and interesting products to ensure category remains relevant and continues to grow
- Maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and generating reports on purchasing activities
- Provide ad hoc support around office and store as needed
Requirements:
- Language requirements: English & BM
- Preferably a degree holder
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
