Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support application development and production support activities within the CPM domain. The role involves working across enterprise data warehouse, big data platforms, and analytics/reporting environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL development, database technologies, and data processing tools, with exposure to production support and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL jobs and data pipelines supporting CPM reporting and analytics.
• Work with Cloudera Hadoop (6.x), Teradata Intelliflex, and AS400 platforms for large-scale data processing.
• Perform SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning across AS400 DB2, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Build and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica BDM, IDQ, and IDL.
• Support big data processing using Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka, and Cloudera Data Science Workbench.
• Collaborate with analytics teams utilizing MS BI, Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAS, Microsoft R, and Business Objects.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance using QuerySurge and Informatica IDQ.
• Support batch scheduling and job monitoring using Control-M and Aldon.
• Manage deployments and version control using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain compliance with data governance standards.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in data warehouse development and support.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudera Hadoop distribution (6.x).
• Experience working with Teradata tools (TD Studio, IFX, MDM, FSLDM/GCFR, Viewpoint).
• Strong SQL skills across multiple databases (AS400 DB2, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Informatica Data Integration tools (BDM, IDQ, IDL).
• Exposure to Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka, and HUE.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, Business Objects, and SAS.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
• Experience working in AS400, AIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience leading or coordinating production support teams.
• Knowledge of Experian PowerCurve.
• Familiarity with JIRA and release/change management processes.
• Understanding of credit risk, portfolio management, or banking data environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
