Job Title: Developer - QR Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support the QR Management function within Core Banking. The role involves monitoring and tracking change requests (CRs), ensuring timely execution through the full SDLC cycle, and coordinating with development teams to resolve issues. The candidate will also consolidate and review implementation checklists prior to go-live, supporting delivery teams and management in achieving smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track CR progress from execution until UAT sign-off.

  • Communicate with development teams to address issues and challenges related to CRs.

  • Consolidate implementation checklists prior to go-live and review with delivery teams.

  • Present finalized checklists to CR management teams for approval.

  • Support project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain transparency and timely updates.

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC with experience in at least 2 full cycles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools for project tracking.

  • Ability to monitor timelines and coordinate across teams.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Background in PMO or project management support.

  • Experience in Core Banking or QR payment systems.

  • Familiarity with change request governance processes.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
