Job Description

Supporting investor onboarding and ongoing client communication
Assisting with preparation and distribution of investor materials (fact sheets, updates, presentations)
Outreach to prospects and lead generation
Managing CRM records and tracking investor interactions
Liaising with Chinese-speaking investors and partners (email, calls, follow-ups)
Coordinating meetings, follow-ups and administrative support for the distribution team
General office-based operational and support tasks
Working and reporting directly to the directors and shareholders of the firm and supporting where required
