Job Responsibilities:- To support the team's daily operations such as order fulfillment, stock update, and product creation.
To assist on marketing activities and promotion including execution of online campaigns.- To work closely with the customer service team to provide the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities.
To prepare and update the visual & content of product listing in online marketplaces and websites.
- To prepare market price analysis for the team & management reference.
To assist in providing sales and key metrics reports.- To perform any other administrative duties requested by the team or management.
To take part in content creation tasks provided by the E-commerce team.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent;
- Good communications skills and can speak and understand English fluently;
Willing to learn and able to work independently with given tasks;- Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge using Microsoft Word/Excel and the Internet;
