Job Description

We are looking for a Junior EWF (Enterprise Workflow) Developer to support and enhance enterprise workflow applications for our banking client. The role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting workflow systems that automate business processes using IBM BPM / BAW and FileNet.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflow applications using IBM BPM / BAW
• Customize user interfaces using JavaScript (DOJO)
• Implement backend logic using Java
• Write and optimize SQL queries (Oracle Database)
• Support system testing, deployment, and production issues
• Work closely with senior developers, testers, and business users
• Maintain documentation and follow development standards

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of experience in application or workflow development
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript (DOJO), and SQL
• Familiarity with IBM BPM / BAW and FileNet is an advantage
• Experience with Oracle Database
• Knowledge of open systems (Linux/Unix) is a plus
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
