Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow.
  • Finalization of bank reconciliation and issuance of Debit Notes.
  • Ensure all sales and collections are posted in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monthly closing, yearly audit and tax related matters.
  • Preparation of AP Aging, reconciliation of other payable vendors, forecast of monthly payable for cash flow projection.
  • Ensure all payable invoices/staff claims are posted and paid in a timely manner.
  • Support projects and extra tasks as and when required.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage budgets.
  • Liaise with auditors and other external parties to ensure financial compliance.
  • Develop and implement budget plans according to the hotel chain's goals and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to do frequent traveling to Gohtong Jaya.
  • Required language in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Fast learner, initiative & good team player.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision, innovative, proactive, strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, good planning & problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate (MS words, excel) and hands on experience in accounting software.
